    Add sugar, eggs, sour cream and soda to the semolina. Mix this mass well.

    Set aside the dough for 15 minutes to allow the semolina to swell. Let’s start preparing the apple sauce ourselves.

    Peel and grate the apples.

    Combine the grated apples with the main mass and go fry the pancakes.

    Semolina crumpets fry very quickly, so I don’t recommend leaving the stove. It is also better to cover them with a lid. Turn on the heat to moderate, grease the pan a little with oil.

    Recipe for dough with sour cream and kefir

    Sour cream can be diluted with kefir or sour milk. We take them out of the refrigerator in advance to keep them warm.

    It is very convenient to mix the dough with a mixer or blender. This way it turns out faster and the mass is mixed more uniformly without any lumps.

    Ingredients:

    • 0.5 l kefir
    • 2 tbsp. sour cream
    • 2 cups of flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 tbsp Sahara
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soda

    Mix kefir with sour cream, eggs, use a mixer or whisk.
